JASON, OWNER, INSTRUCTOR
Jason has 26 years of experience as a welder fabricator, 8 years as a Certified Welding Inspector, and 10 years as a welding educator. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to every project. His client-focused approach emphasizes education, helping you understand the why behind every standard to confidently meet the how. TYSON, INSTRUCTOR
Tyson is a skilled welder and fabricator from Florida with over 14 years of experience in the trade. He has a strong passion for precision, craftsmanship, and building things that last. Throughout his career, Tyson has worked on a wide range of custom metal projects, earning a reputation for his attention to detail and solid work ethic. Whether he’s fabricating structural steel or creating custom pieces, Tyson takes pride in every weld and is committed to delivering high-quality results. He currently works at Florida Metal Craft in Winter Garden, where he lives as a husband to a loving wife of 10 years and father to 3 beautiful daughters.
JUAN, INSTRUCTOR
With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the welding and fabrication industry, Juan is a seasoned professional and passionate educator. A certified welder through the American Welding Society (AWS), Juan currently serves as the Senior Welding Instructor and Coordinator at the Valencia College Advanced Manufacturing Training Center in Kissimmee, Florida. In this role, he is deeply committed to mentoring aspiring welders, guiding them toward AWS certification, and celebrating their achievements along the way. Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning, Juan is actively pursuing his Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification to further enhance his technical expertise and instructional impact. His dedication to the craft has taken him around the world—most notably to Japan and Germany—where he has gained international insights into advanced welding practices and cultural techniques.
Outside the classroom and workshop, Juan finds joy in spending quality time with his family, including his daughter and three grandchildren. He leads an active lifestyle, enjoying golf, scuba diving with friends, bowling with his son, and Sunday motorcycle rides with his wife.
